NOTICE
It is for the information of all stakeholders that the merit list of the candidates who have applied for the admission in FMPHW, GNM & GNM-LE in Govt. GNM School Kulgam is annexed with this notice as Annexure “A” and the selection list of candidates for the admission in FMPHW, GNM & GNM-LE in Govt. GNM School Kulgam is attached as Annexure “B”
The candidates in Annexure “B” are here by informed to report in Govt. GNM School Kulgam for admission along with the below mentioned documents in original and two set of photocopies of all the relevant documents w.e.f 18-10-2025 to 23-10-2025 upto (3 pm) during official working hours.
1. 10th Marks sheet.
2. 12th Marks sheet.
3. Date of Birth Certificate.
4. Domicile certificate.
5. Valid Category certificate issued from competent authority.
6. Provisional/ character/Discharge certificate in original.
7. Undertaking (Affidavit for ragging both students and Guardian)
8. Gap Affidavit from 1st class magistrate to the effect that, he/ she has not joined any other institution.
9. 10 passport size photos.
10. Medical fitness
The selection for the admission in FMPHW, GNM & GNM-LE Courses in Govt. GNM School Kulgam is strictly issued as per the guidelines of J&KBOPEE/ J&K Nursing Council.
